Overview

This release focuses on critical bug fixes, foundational UI/UX improvements, and essential enhancements to the Employee and Core HRMS modules. It lays the groundwork for a more stable and user-friendly experience by addressing high-priority issues reported by our users.

New Features & Functional Updates

HRMS – Employee Module:

  • Added comprehensive filters including Employee Name and Employee Type.
  • Updated action buttons to use icons (e.g., view eye icon).

Global System Improvements:

  • Standardized pagination across all modules to 10, 25, 50, and 100 records.
  • Standardized search box positioning to the left side across all HRMS modules.

Bug Fixes & UI/UX Improvements

HRMS – Employee & Profile Management:

  • Fixed the critical issue where updating a permanent address incorrectly altered the present address on refresh.
  • Resolved User Profile general edit and permission issues.
  • Fixed the employee modal edit issue in the user list.
  • Corrected the issue where updating a salary after payslip generation incorrectly altered the basic salary calculation.
  • Fixed personal email update and logout issues.

System & API:

  • Resolved the custom mail function issue (related to environment values).
  • Fixed new line formatting issues in email templates.
  • Fixed the policy map update error.
  • Fixed an issue where user images were not displaying in leave requests.
  • Addressed notice email spacing issues.

UI/UX Beautification:

  • Standardized dynamic alert messages for delete actions.
  • Standardized button names and trash/archive terminology.
  • Improved overall visual consistency across modules.
