Version V1.1.0 delivers a major overhaul of the Attendance & Reconciliation module, introducing powerful new features and a streamlined user interface. This release also introduces global system settings for date format and overtime, alongside a significant set of enhancements to filters, reports, and visual consistency.
New Features & Functional Updates
HRMS – Attendance & Reconciliation:
Completely restructured the Attendance Report to a new format.
Enhanced attendance filters with status-wise filtering (Present, On Time, etc.) and a dedicated Reconciliation Request filter.
Added dynamic reconciliation warnings and user details in the reconcile modal.
Improved the reconciliation table with color beautification and clearer titles (Existing Attendance,Reconciliation Request)
The attendance page now loads 50 employees by default for better performance.
Global System Improvements:
Implemented a global date format selectable from Master Settings.
Added a minimum overtime minute setting in Master Settings.
HRMS – Employee Module:
Added a new column for Employee Type in listing views.
Bug Fixes & UI/UX Improvements
HRMS – Attendance & Reconciliation:
Replaced three-dot buttons with a view (eye) icon for actions.
Fixed the reconcile reject functionality, remarks are now viewable by the employee.
Locked the reconciliation description field (as it comes from the employee).
Standardized terminology: Approval remarks renamed to Remarks.
Limited attendance remarks character count with smaller font size.
Fixed the view icon functionality to open in a new tab.
Resolved the overtime calculation error.
UI/UX Beautification
Implemented dynamic breadcrumbs.
Added description tooltips on hover for various elements (e.g., Emp Type).
Finalized iconography and visual consistency across all modules.
