We’re excited to announce the release of PROJECT X Version v3.1.0! This update brings a range of new features, enhancements, critical bug fixes, and improvements to overall system performance and security. Below is a detailed summary of what's included in this release.
New Features & Functional Updates
Notice Module:
HRMS – Employee Module: Added filter by Role in the employee listing. Enabled profile navigation by clicking on employee names, in addition to the existing view button.
HRMS – Attendance: Added All option in attendance filters. Enhanced Attendance Report to reflect actual Employment Status (Probation, Permanent, Intern, etc.).
HRMS – Leave Requests: Updated filters to show employee name first.
Task Management: Fixed sub-task assignee dropdown to show only board members.
Notice Module: Added Recipient List headline in Notice Details. Displayed Notice Publish Date. Made rich text boxes resizable/fullscreen for better usability. Improved employee selection dropdown for smoother multi-select experience.
Role & Permission: Renamed Edit to Access Control, and Rename to Edit.
Super Admin Enhancements: Improved filters: Status, Date Range (Onboarding, Next Billing), Package. Added Status types: Trial, On Payment, Inactive. Updated Company table grid with additional fields: Company, Email, Current Package, Next Billing Date, Billing Amount, Onboarding Date, Remarks. Fixed Cancel Subscription error in Payment History. Enabled Subscription Renewal after cancellation. Displayed expired subscriptions in Payment History. Added payment receiving account information in Payment History. Added trial user data in reports.
Accounts & Finance: Added Contact Person filter.
Asset Management: Fixed Select button behavior on zoomed views.
Task Module: Resolved issue where assignees disappeared after adding a sub-task.
Payslip: Updated currency label to USD instead of US Dollar.
Bug Fixes & UI/UX Improvements
HRMS – Lead Management: Fixed missing phone number and client website fields in lead edit modal.
HRMS – Department: Fixed employee dropdown not loading data on first search. Separated search box and Add Employee button for better UX.
Password Reset: Improved Forgot Password flow UI to follow standard practices; page now updates after submission.
Login Page: Autofill added for demo login credentials. Replaced placeholder text with standardized SAAS-style messaging, taking inspiration from platforms like TaskFIno and Monday.com.
Subscription & Payment (Stripe & SSLCommerz)
Stripe Integration: Implemented APIs for pause, resume, cancel, and upgrade subscriptions. Managed trial flows: with and without payment, including pause/resume status calculation. Consolidated and cleaned up status handling: completed, on payment, paused, resumed, canceled. Migrated from old subscription status model to optimized handling using existing fields. Updated frontend to reflect subscription lifecycle changes. Shifted backend routes to Super Admin context and integrated them into frontend.
SSLCommerz Integration: Integrated SSLCommerz gateway with: API to initiate payment and handle success, API for recurring payments, API for upgrade package handling. Created SSL payment history tracking table.
Mail Templates: Modified and standardized mail templates and resolved design issues.
